Shipping
T-Gallery currently ships to Greece, European Union countries and selected countries outside the European Union where shipping is available at checkout.
Available shipping options and the exact shipping cost are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination and the order.
Free shipping within Greece: Free shipping is available on orders of €120 or more, provided the order includes at least one full-price item. The minimum order value is calculated on the final value of the products after any discounts or coupons. Free shipping does not apply to products that, due to their size or dimensions, require large-parcel shipping.
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are 1–3 business days within Greece, 3–7 business days within the European Union, and 5–15 business days for other available international destinations. These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, customs procedures, weekends, public holidays and other circumstances beyond our control.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may be imposed by the authorities of the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price, shipping cost or order total paid to T-Gallery and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. They are paid directly by the recipient to the relevant customs authorities, courier or other competent body.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit our online Withdrawal Form within the 14-day period and provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. You may also contact us at info@tgallery.gr.
Return procedure
- Submit the online Withdrawal Form or contact us by email, providing your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will provide you with the necessary return instructions and the return address.
- Carefully package the item(s), including the original packaging, tags and accessories where applicable, and send them to the return address provided.
- Once the returned item(s) have been received, they will be inspected and you will be informed regarding the processing of your return.
- Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed in accordance with the Refunds section below.
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, the item(s) must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notified us.
Returned items should be handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and fit. Please return them with their original packaging, tags and any accessories supplied with the product, where applicable.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
Refunds
Once the return has been received and inspected, the applicable refund will be processed by T-Gallery within 5 business days, using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. After the refund has been processed by T-Gallery, additional time may be required for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
In the event of withdrawal, refunds include the standard delivery cost originally paid, where applicable. Any additional cost resulting from the customer’s choice of a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option is not refundable.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tgallery.gr, quoting your order number.
If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will make every reasonable effort to cancel it and process any applicable refund.
If the order has already been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled as an unshipped order. You may, however, exercise your right of withdrawal and return the eligible item(s) in accordance with the Returns & Right of Withdrawal section above.
T-Gallery reserves the right to cancel an order where fulfilment is not possible, for example due to an inventory error, payment issue or other exceptional circumstance. In such cases, the customer will be informed and any amount already paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from the item ordered, please contact us at info@tgallery.gr as soon as possible, including your order number and relevant information or photographs.
Where the product is faulty or does not conform to the order, T-Gallery will handle the matter in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, without limiting your statutory rights.
