We make every reasonable effort to present our products, descriptions, characteristics, colours, sizes and images as accurately as possible.
Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings and lighting conditions.
Product availability is subject to change. In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange an appropriate solution or refund where applicable.
3. Prices
All product prices displayed on our website are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed separately during checkout before the order is submitted.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply. Such charges are not included in the product or shipping price and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Online card and other supported electronic payments may be securely processed through third-party payment service providers. T-Gallery does not store customers’ complete payment card details.
An order may not be dispatched until the applicable payment has been successfully authorised or completed.
6. Shipping & Delivery
T-Gallery currently ships to Greece, European Union countries and selected European countries outside the European Union.
Available shipping methods, charges and any applicable delivery restrictions are displayed during checkout.

Delivery times may be affected by the destination, courier service, weekends, public holidays, customs procedures and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Consumers purchasing online have the right to withdraw from an eligible purchase within 14 days from the day they receive the goods, without having to provide a reason, subject to the applicable legislation and any legally permitted exceptions.
